I follow a user centered design methodology to ensure that my approach is valid and optimise the solutions delivered:

Gather insights

Conduct research and interviews to fully understand the problem or opportunity

Sketch & Iterate

Use of my creative and technical skills to Create low-fidelity prototypes to visualize and test.

Build & Refine

Develop the “final” product or solution based on user-driven data.

About me

Manuel Hortelano Rodríguez - User Interface Designer

I consider myself a reliable and committed person. Professionally I have nearly 2 years of experience at Ford Motor Company, specializing in creating user experiences and user interfaces for technologies like VR.

I am currently studying a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction and I have a background in industrial design engineering. My expertise includes prototyping, usability testing, and design systems. I excel at creating high-fidelity prototypes and applying design thinking.

Personally, I consider myself an empathetic person with a good sense of humor. Among my hobbies, I like to exercise, ride motorcycles and read (yes, manga too).

Among my favorite phrases I would highlight: the future is uncertain but promising.
